The Fountain Bistro

Cynthia and I spent the morning running a few errands at a very relaxed pace. Along the way, I decided to pick up a latte at the Fountain Bistro's drive-by window, to drink while I "walked through the woods" at the RE Store. C said she didn't want a latte, but when I asked if she'd like to go inside, she quickly changed her mind. No doubt she was influenced by the thought of the delectable pastries, scones, and muffins she would then be able to choose from.

We shared a huge, amazingly light, raspberry scone, after checking out the current list of beers on tap -- just idle curiosity.

It wasn't warm enough to enjoy the outdoor area, but we thought it would be a very nice place to sit late on a warm summer evening -- if we ever get one. Naturally, I was very enamored with the massive wood tabletop.
