Trapped

Blessèd Freaky the Freelander decided today was not going to be a day of going out.

At first I thought all the symptoms pointed to the battery being duff, £150 later I found out it wasn't.
I also remembered after I took the battery off to charge it before I bought a new one that you can't open a freelander rear door without a battery. (It drops the window an inch before the door can open)
I'd loaded Dave in the back ready to go out.
Cue frantic seat folding to release a sleepy hound.
Of course he wasn't worried just curious as to why we hadn't gone anywhere.
Turns out the starter motor had been slowly dying over the last few weeks.
