Grey Squirrel

This little chap was running about on my field this afternoon and when he saw me he climbed up an oak tree and to my surprise just sat on a branch watching me so I was able to get this shot.
The Grey Squirrel is not native to this country and was introduced from North America in the late 19th Century. They are now widespread and have had a devastating effect on the native Red Squirrel which is now only really found in northern areas.
