Slow

Been a Jnr Snr day today.  It started with a look at eukaryotic cells and what make them do the things they do for a biology project she has to do.  We are going to make a model of one, so that started too.  
After lunch it was a 20 mile bike ride with her on the Monsal Trail.  Going through the tunnels is always the best bit.  

I had my phone on me and took this whilst riding behind her - crap quality given the equipment and circumstances, but as it is the only photo I took today it'll do.
