cormorant

took a break from my gardening this afternoon and went for a walk along the river. First time I've photographed a cormorant there. It was taking off across the other side of the pond so this isn't the best of photos (got a much better photo of a duck!)  but I was happy to see it. 
It looks better viewed large.
