St. Andrew's church at East Heslerton.
It is unusual for a hamlet such as East Heslerton to have a church as grand as this. It's Victorian, built in 1877 and has a 32 metre spire. The light was pouring through the stained glass windows onto the elaborately tiled floor.
I have been unable to get into this church for months because it has been undergoing urgent repairs and has been closed.
East Heslerton is just off the A64 near Rillington.
