Shish (a.k.a another emergency blip)

Despite an eventful day involving a new 5k PB at Gunpowder Park Parkrun and an evening at Romford Dogs for Cokertron's Birthday, I found myself in the Onur kebab shop at 23:45 having not yet taken anything worthy of consideration for today's Blip.

I'm not saying that what appears here is, but it is what it is.
