Run

Another Tuesday another run. It's weird how some weeks are easier or harder than others, even on the same distance run. Today, despite the heat, was a good run.

This is half way - as we cut across from the local marina back to the Trent & Mersey canal that runs through the village.

I also earnt my first £3 through the Samsung Hope Relay - if you run I can only ask you to join too - download the app off their website and earn £1 for charity for every mile run and logged through the app by 27th of July - simples!
