Surprise!

These Easter eggs are classic. The egg is Fazer Mignon. It has been made with the same recept from the year 1896. Fazer makes Mignons about 1,5 million in every year.

Mignon are hand made. It is an emptied egg that is filled with almond nut nougat. If you don't know them, I recommend to taste them.
