Shrimps a-Bubbling.

I thought I had all the ingredients in the house to make this shrimp dish.  The sauce is made from a stock which starts with the shrimps' skins to which are added vegetables and pretty-much a whole bottle of white wine.
It turns out the cellar was depleted and I only had a bottle of South African Shiraz.  It tasted just fine but the sauce looked a bit like squid ink...
