Spiral Staircase

Each morning, at about 8 AM, I have to carry about 15 heavy laundry bags full of clean towels and linen up these stairs ... and about another 15 bags of not so clean towels and linen back down ...
Having reached the top, I've then got to carry the bags about half a mile up a long corridor ...

The first three trips are the worst ...
And the fourth and fifth trips, they're the worst too ...
The sixth and seventh trips I don't enjoy at all ...
After that, things get a bit knackering ... :o|
