Cheep......cheep!

Made a Battenburg cake today as a treat for R. He loves almond and marzipan so, as I haven't made a Simnel cake for years (it's a bit of an effort to get through it these days), I made one of these. It's not perfect and our trusty chick is a bit battered nowadays but it should taste alright.
