What are you doing there????

Nearly an emergency blip today....no inspiration, a dull gloomy day, when across the lane in the field opposite appeared a small herd of sheep!!! Choice get the camera or ring the nearest farmer, there is no fence beyond the gate you see, so sheep could end up on the lane. The camera won, just time to take a quick shot and the sheep wandered back over the hill!

 I was reminded of the lyrics of the song below (Bach's Hunting Cantata)......the shepherd certainly was not guarding them well!!!! Liked the sentiment of the last three lines, particularly with an election looming!

Sheep may safely graze on pasture
When the shepherd guards them well.
Where rulers govern well
we may feel peace and rest
and what makes countries happy
