Nice lie in followed by a great days riding at Cwmcarn with Phil.

Strava says we climbed 3562 feet.

It felt like it too.

First time on the Twrch trail downhill, it was quite a slog to the very top but worth it with a great jumpy decent, sketchy at times with the mud but so much fun...

A perfect days riding, punishing climbs, rewarded with scary fast downhills...

Rush back for tea with Kari, Mark and the kids at pizza express. Lush!
