That's My Boy

Started the day with a 6.5k run. Furthest I've run in a very long time. It was slow but I didn't stop.
Home for a bit of gardening. I'm getting there.
Quite a rush to get ready as I got the time wrong for our trip to ipswich. Nearly didn't make it. Couldn't have missed it though as my son Nick was picked to do the crossbar challenge at half time.
It was all sorted that if he won the cruise I was going to be going on it.....he missed. Hey ho I'm not keen on cruises anyway.
Not a bad result 1-1 to the top team. Quite a fustrating game as Bournmouth players fell over quite a lot...maybe they forgot to put studs in their boots.
