Good Friday

Maybe we're foolish, maybe we're brave, however we went to ikea on a bank holiday! We went to look for a new bed for P but didn't have much luck finding one we liked. We did however stock up on batteries of various sizes, got some new bowls and cutlery for the kids and few other random items!

The cafe was manic by the time we stopped for some lunch so we left ikea and found a gorgeous spot just on the outskirts of town. A pub/restaurant in a windmill on the edge of a lake. It was a fantastic setting. After lunch we had a little walk around the lake to see the swans and geese and then the kiddies had a play in the park. Just in the nick of time before the rain started.
