I was supposed to be going into work today to do overtime (double pay as there were going to be very few staff in, so I couldn't resist!).  Unfortunately, due to the fire in Holborn yesterday, the Library was still closed, so, annoyingly, I couldn't work!  I imagine there were quite a few annoyed and frustrated students too...especially with exams coming up.

I spent the morning working my way through the pile of ironing, then decided to go the cinema in afternoon.  My son, Daniel really wanted to see Still Alice, which I'd already watched a couple of weeks ago, but I said I'd like to see it for a second time, so we did!   I think I shed even more tears this time.
