Rochdale Town Hall

 A Victorian-era Town Hall which is "widely recognised as being one of the finest municipal buildings in the country" - and I won't disagree with that.
It is a Grade 1 listed building and has a majestic stained glass window that was supposed to be one of Adolf Hitler's priority acquisitions should he have won the war.
