Arrived back this morning from six days away. It's a dreich day alright, but there's no place like home. The Varagen ploughed through some pretty calm waters between Kirkwall and Sanday, which was pleasing. The planes earlier had been shaky and noisy, so the change of pace was appreciated. It wasn't the boats fault that the views were a bit rubbish given the poor weather.
