me and Keith up and out by 9.15 different to yesterday we dropped molly off and went in to Hastings for breakfast and had and hour on the amusments 

I has been misty most of the morning it seems to be clearing up a little at the mo so we might get a nice walk later 

Keith fancied a milkshake so we picked molly up from her sisters and went to get one but i had a cheeky shandy 

so we are just waiting for the mist to clear a bit more before we go out again 

omelette for tea i only found out to do these in the frying pan a couple of months ago as we use do them in the microwave before that
