MISSED THE TURNING

Whoops. Set off a good hour early for work this morning with A Big Problem preying on my mind. Trouble is, by the time I had driven over the scenic route to town I had practically decided nothing could be done about it until the NI office had got to their desks. Then, on a whim, I decided to explore an alternative walk to work from the car park; met a man emptying the pooper-scooper bins who said that yes, the towpath carried on to some steps up to the town ..... and even then I just carried on walking. I did wonder when, or if, I would turn round and head back in the direction of my shackles gable end office but oh, what a lovely hour I had; I'll be doing that route again!
