Derelict Thursday

Feeling pretty derelict today myself.  Up at 4:30 a.m. for a 6:50 am doctor appointment, just an annual checkup, but really  who schedules their appointments starting this early???  Ambitious women who are trying to squeeze in as many patients as possible?  Then a very trying day emotionally, ups and downs, dealing with bureaucracy that is trying to make me feel they are being helpful when really they aren't.  Going to bed now and hoping tomorrow brings good news.
