Antigua Guatemala

Another back Blip to catch up.    We had a tour of a coffee plantation in Antigua, an all organic one to boot.   All of the processing left overs are returned to the fields as fertilizer.  This farm keeps most of it's crop and exports only 20%.  I did bring home 2 pounds of it along with some coffee plant honey.  This was our entertainment as our bus arrived.
