Skunk's been diagnosed as a coeliac so all sorts of staples are no longer available to him.    In order to help the situation, I sprung into action and bought a breadmaker.  Here's the first loaf.   Not bad at all.  

It's been a little bit of a worrying time but this is definitely the best of all options, living without bread and other wheaty stuff is a small price to pay.   And now I can take the peg off my nose.   And breathe!
