Low fat?

As part of a school award my son has to prepare a meal, last night he cooked spaghetti bolognese, tonight it was dessert. This is his low fat strawberry cheesecake, a regular favourite. He realised a couple of years ago at scout camp that if he did the cooking he would be warm by the fire! That's how his interest started, even competing in his school masterchef competition a few months ago. The furry brother got to lick the sundae glass!
