Yellowhammer Again

Today started off well.  On part of the Cooriewalk, yellowhammers appear as if to keep a wary eye on us.  Today I am sure this one was singing to lighten our hearts and to see us on our way.  It succeeded.

A delightful middle eastern lunch with friends in Edinburgh which is beginning to buzz with tourists.  And I cam home home to start the battle with moss in the grass with a little scarification.  The grass now looks awful and the neighbour is not impressed.  It always looks worse before it gets better - he is not convinced.
