Sandstorm

SOOC.

This is the view from this window. It's been like this most of the day, in fact, when I woke up in the morning, the view from my bed was distinctly yellow. It then turned this orange until about 2pm. I think visibility was down to around 100m. Flights got delayed cancelled, there was mayhem on the roads and had the situation not improved, we would have been allowed to leave by 4pm.

So, it is now the weekend and I have taken Sunday and Monday of next week off. SO need it! All the public holidays this year have fallen on a Friday or Saturday, so we've missed out. I think this is the first long weekend I'm having since the beginning of the year!
