Quiet morning on the beach

The snow has all disappeared and it's another day of warm sunshine here in southern Shetland. I can't remember when it was less windy on Quendale Beach - such a contrast to Saturday when it was hard to stay standing! Spent a good part of the morning pottering here, with a group of long-tailed ducks on the water and a ringed plover keeping me company on the shore.
