~Chained~

Another beautiful night for a walk. Kept it short being my head hurt. 
Today at work I bent down to unplug a cord, had my reading glasses on and apparently misjudged my position, hit my forehead on the corner of my cabinet. I got an immediate bump the size of a plum... No ice so I had to hold a can of coke to my forehead to help the swelling. I think I even saw stars. 8 hours later it's about the size of a walnut. More ice, Tylenol and to bed.
