Cranes

Out for a meal this evening and noticed the enormous cranes on the south west corner of St Andrew's Square. The building on that corner was demolished over a year ago and they are working on the foundations of the new building. We were looking down onto the site from above in Jenners restaurant last week, so this is a different perspective.
I thought the cranes looked so huge against the surrounding buildings, and unusual as they are white which makes them disappear against the sky. I'm sure cranes used to be yellow or orange.
