Trower at the Apex, Bury St. Edmunds

I've finally managed to get to a Robin Trower gig, something I've wanted since the '70s but never managed to get round to. After 2 cancelled tours about 3 years ago, I was delighted when this one was announced. I only discovered last night that his support act was going to be none other than the wonderful Joanne Shaw Taylor. Trower was superb, as expected (Joanne S-T her usual brilliant self too). What a bargain for a £25 ticket! So much so that I'm now going to the Shepherd's Bush gig on April 11th as well. That'll be 4 times I've heard Joanne play in 5 months!
