WI Somerset County Roadshow

An enjoyable day as always.  I was particularly interested in the speaker this time around.  Anita Corbin a professional photographer who is midway through her project to capture the portraits of 100 First Women in the twentieth century providing inspiration and insight in a rapidly changing world in which equality is still an issue.  
It is a very good match to our twentieth century village history project so I approached her to speak on our book launch night.  Bother, she has a family engagement up north the following day and felt she had to refuse.  We are now considering a change of date to accommodate her.
