Polar Pilgrimage !

Scott Polar Research Institute
A train ride to Cambridge and a visit to the museum of the Scott Polar Research Institute,  Bruv 's 2  big heroes are  Dr John Rae ( more about him in Stromness Orkney ) and Sir Ernest Shackleton. This is a replica of the 'James Caird  'the lifeboat Shackleton sailed  nautical 800 miles to South Georgia to seek rescue for his men trapped on Elephant Island .
They all returned .
