miracle Blip

Looks lovely, doesn't it?

In fact, the Blip is a wee miracle. First, I managed to get to the end of the breakwater to take the shot without getting caught in a snow shower.

Second, the focus isn't too bad considering the gale force wind blasting at my back and the wind chill effect on my fingers.

The ship is the Themsestern - a Portuguese chemical tanker which is headed for Rotterdam. She has been anchored there since the 27th, when she left Grangemouth. Maybe they're busy in Rotterdam.
