Puddles and Plans...

The plan was for Ele and Kenny to arrive around 12.30 with Kenny and David heading off to play golf, whilst Ele and I headed to Gloagburn for a bite of lunch and a catch up.  Didn't quite work out that way.  We still got to Gloagburn but with two grumpy hangers-on, as the golf course was closed due to heavy rain and wind.    A tasty lunch and an Empire Biscuit cheered them up.  Pair of cheap dates!  :)

A lazy afternoon followed by a lazy evening when we were joined by my nephew Andrew and his girlfriend Nikki.  Takeaway for tea.

The funniest part of the night was Ele, David and I, still up at almost 1am, and each of us looking at our phones as they jumped forward one hour from 00.59 - 02.00am!   An hour sliced from our lives in a blink!  Quite bizarre to witness :-)))
