The night before


When I say morning , I didn't actually get up properly until 2 pm , such was the hangover after the gig

Managed to force a 3.5 mile run . *May* have had to stop every half a mile . My excuse was just so I could appreciate the views and nothing at all to do with feeling slightly unwell .

Idiot .
