Glasgow MOMA

Another excellent day of sunshine, with more forecast means that I will be going out on a big bike ride tomorrow, so I had to head in to Glasgow on the way home from work to pick up energy bars and gels, plus some Nuun tablets.

In some of my long rides this year I have been suffering from cramp, which is probably due to dehydration and loss of salts (I sweat lots). Hopefully the Nuun will keep the cramp away in tomorrows heat.
