First Cactus Flower

It had bloomed twelve hours earlier, overnight in my next door neighbor's front yard. Elaine said she was going to call me when she saw it. I wish she had!  It may have made a cool nighttime shot.

I thought I might make this into a MonoMonday blip. I've only participated once before but since it isn't one of my flowers, I figured I'd go for it.
