Clearing the desk

The time is now, the end is near, and the clear desk policy never was implemented in my office...

Today is the day all the clever bits of my toolbox get handed back. As I delved into dark corners of various equipment rooms it was surprising how much I'd accumulated over the years. Some of it is pretty much obsolete now, including a significant number of old laptops going back to a dual 3.5" floppy disk mono display Toshiba 1100. But the rest will work on without me.

The out-of-office has been set. The time is now, the end is here. And tomorrow the beginning starts. :-)
