Ignorance Was Bliss (for a while)

Little did I know that while I spent a pleasant few minutes watching these children's football matches, that my Australian bank card details had just been compromised and within the space of around one hour, 13 fraudulent transactions had been made and the account emptied.

I've just spent an hour and a half on the phone to the bank. The card is cancelled and I should (after about 3 weeks) get my money back. Tricky timing though as I'll be off to the UK before the new card can reach me.

Some say it's not what happens in life, it's how we react to those events that matters. So I'm going to stay calm and keep things in perspective. I can't resist a bit of a GRRHH! though.
