THE GREEN GREEN HILLS OF HOME

So says the song, but was lovely to see green pastures and sheep as I came down to Southland today.   The place where you spent most of your childhood I think is always home and that is how I felt as I came down here today.   Am now ensconced in my favourite south Invercargill camping ground and will spend the next two days exploring old haunts and catching up with old friends.
