Like something out of Dr House!

A bit of good news today from a friend who had been off work for 4 weeks.

We'd had worrying news at first, when after 15 days of unexplained fever they discovered strange glands on his lungs and intestines, and were resting them for cancer. Then he went blind in one eye and was re-admitted in hospital.

The news has just come in that he was just suffering from cat scratch disease, and its various effects.

I can imagine those doctors scratching their heads in front of the whiteboard.
