85. The Road

M40. Friday Rush hour. Long journey! Had every intention of going to the gym or a run. Passed the exit for the gym convincing myself I would run. Was committed right up until walking up the path to home and thought 'F' it, I'm having a lazy night! Met the boys down the local to watch the England match and a few wines followed by a Pizza take away. After a bust week was just what was needed!
