So Many Words are left unspoken
First Day of Summer and my little town was swallowed whole by a Hail Storm of monstrous proportions.
I had decided to venture out at 730 to catch the 7.50 sunset.... first late sunset, of Summer... The sky was blue and the clouds were pink and flecked with gold. I thought, the sunset will be amazing. So I took off up to the top of the hill, and as I approached the top of the hill, this was in front of me.
It was difficult to get a photograph after that because the hail was being blown into the car by a mph wind coming directly at the car, and the car was wobbling from side to side.
I called home to himself, to let him know where I was in case I blew away....
Five minutes was all it took to pass, and as the last hail stones hit the side of the car, I caught the glint of the sun appearing at the end of the hail clouds, and watched as a little diamond of red light disappeared behind Arran.
