Coney Island

Concious that our bump will place amusements in the back seat (at least for a few years), Nikki and I took a roller-coaster visit to Brooklyn's Coney Island.

Once a major US resort, Coney Island reached its peak during the first half of the 20th century, spawning Nathan's Famous Frankfurters. Whilst the park suffered years of decline and neglect, Nathan Handwerker and his wife went on to establish the world's most famous hot dog stand.
