Eric the Science Elephant

Yesterday evening I attended an "awkward school disco" with Caitlin, where everyone was dressed up as school kids ... but Caitlin and I, because we are teachers, decided to go as teachers! So I kitted myself out in heels and a skirt, my equation-clad CERN t-shirt, lab coat and safety specs. We ate flying saucers, danced to the macarena, and played party games. Where does the elephant come in? Well, they had a prize for the best girl and boy dancers ... and because I don't think anyone's ever seen someone break dancing in safety specs and a lab coat before, I was awarded an Easter egg and this elephant as my prize!
