Some Colour in the Sky

9.9C starting dull and cloudy then clearing to some sunny spells though the afternoon. Light breeze.

Maeve the Deerhound and I were up and out at our weekday time this morning so I could see the F1 on telly before the Sunday grocery trip. Fortunately there was some colour in the sky and I had taken a camera. Very exiting F1 race with a surprise win for Ferrari that has brightened up the start to the season. More good racing ahead I hope.

Grocery shopping this morning was followed by an added visit to M&S in Dundee which wasn't open when we arrived, so Apothecary7 and I (with Maeve back in the car) paid a quick visit to the Howff before going back to M&S and coming back out empty handed.

After lunch we went for a walk with Maeve. Up to the church, down the bridle path to the shore road and down onto the beach via the level crossing. At the fishermen's huts came off the beach and went along East Row then along to the path that was the boardwalk into Carnoustie and up home via the main road.
