Grubby tandem

60km Audax today around Stevenage and out through Nasty and Hare Street.
Really dreadful wind - gusting to over 30 mph at times and frightening when it was side on. almost stopped us dead when it was in our faces.
The last half hour was truly awful, wind in our faces heavy rain and filthy roads.
Still we were well inside our time limit and we aren't made of sugar lumps so we survived.
