Cairn

A lovely morning so we headed to the Sumburgh coastal walk.  Still very bleak with little colour and not many birds about other than the locals.

I'm thinking that I'll have to go down to this spot some evening in the summer when the sun will be more behind me to the right.  There used to be a double cairn closer to the lighthouse but one seems to have been demolished by the winter gales.

Just visible in large is Fair Isle to the right of the cairn.
