Braised lamb dinner
Rubbish weather today. Was planning a trip to London but the rain and wind has put me off.
Too my daughter swimming this morning and made it to the supermarket to get a nice half leg of lamb for dinner.
Cooking it with red wine, celeriac, potatoes, parsnips, red wine, rosemary, thyme and bay leaves. Leaving it covered in foil in the oven on a low temperature for 5 hours. Hopefully the wait will be worth it!
